Check-in was ok but the staff and experience was poor. Front desk staff was rude ( the slim Indian guy- dont know his name). I got a room right at the lobby and I was unable to sleep. TV in the lobby was loud and you could hear every chatter and footsteps. This continues up to 2:15am. I want to the front desk politely asking for the tv to be turned off/down, the phone that rings loudly every 5 minutes to be turned down and for the noise to be reduced but the receptionist shrugs and says there is nothing he can do. I asked if I could get another room away from the lobby he lied saying that was the only one available. One of the worst places I have ever stayed. I only stayed one night because of a long layover. I couldn't sleep while I was there. I would not recommend booking. Oh and toilet was cracked which is a safety hazard, asked for me it to be looked at or for me to change rooms but it got declined.

Best place for the price

I booked this hotel because the Expedia listing advertised a 24-hour airport shuttle, which was essential since I was traveling internationally with my children. After booking, I was told there was no shuttle service and that I would have to find and pay for my own taxi. When I pointed out that the listing still advertised the shuttle, the owner admitted the information had not been updated since COVID but continued to justify it instead of correcting the listing. Advertising a service that is no longer provided is misleading and caused unnecessary stress while planning our trip. I had to cancel my reservation because I could no longer trust that the information in the listing was accurate. I hope the listing is updated so future travelers can make an informed decision.
